Where are you from?
We are from the North! Chelsea, Quebec, Canada, to be more specific (about 5-minute drive from Ottawa, on the Qc side).
How long have you been making volumes?
We've been manufacturing volumes for over 8 years and have been involved in the climbing industry for over 15 years.
Where can you ship?
We regularly ship to Canada, USA and Europe, and we are open to do one time shipment anywhere else!
Do you have an order form?
We don't have an updated order form, but you can place an order directly on this website. Prices are gym/wholesale prices, and discounts apply automatically at checkout. Visit our "How to Place an Order" page for more info.

What's your lead time?
Production lead time hovers around 8 weeks.
Expect 2 weeks shipping time in Canada and the US.
Expect 5 weeks shipping time for sea freight to Europe.
What are your prices and associated costs?
Prices on this website are wholesale/gym prices. Discounts apply automatically in your cart, so you can build your order on our website to get a clear idea of the final price.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for all regions can be roughly estimated at 10% of the order value before discount for orders over 5000$ CAD (when ordering a mix of different sizes and shapes).
For orders under $5,000 CAD, expect the shipping price to be above 10% of the total order value.
Montreal and Toronto area gyms are serviced directly by us, so you can expect slightly better shipping rates.
Discounts
Discounts apply automatically at checkout depending on order size based on the chart below :
2000$+ : 4%
6000$+ : 8%
10 000$+ : 12%
Gym openings : 15%
Customs clearance
Customs clearance is included in the shipping price. Orders are usually shipped Delivered Duty Paid, saving you the hassle of dealing with customs brokers and agents.
What are your payment methods and terms of payment?
Our preferred payment methods are bank transfers. We have IBAN and SWIFT based bank accounts to facilitate your transfers. We can also provide a link for credit card payment, or receive funds via e-transfers.
Financing is available in the US and some provinces of Canada on our website through Shopify Shop Pay.
Payment terms require a 50% deposit before production starts, and the remaining 50% before your order leaves our factory to initiate shipping.
Do you retexture old volumes?
Yes we do! We can retexture volumes, holds and macros. Take a look at our retexturing guide for more information on pricing, shipping and what's included in the service.
